Rodney Giles, Co-founder and CEO of Eleven2 noted, '''We are very excited about this relocation. We feel this new environment will give us the room to continue to expand our personnel in order to meet the needs of our growing customer base.''
Since the company opened in 2004, they have seen its clientele double many times over and now services well over 66,000 websites. In that time, Eleven2 has moved its headquarters five times in order to accommodate.
Mr.
Giles continued, ''We feel like we've been constantly growing, and with that we've had to make many changes to how we do things. Moving as much as we have is all part of the growing process, and we feel that this new location will give us enough room and will meet the needs of our growth for quite a while.''
Recently, the company debuted the launch of a new solution that will work with President George W. Bush's Economic Stimulus Plan, to provide web hosting services for life, at $600. In January of 2008, Bush announced that U.S. taxpayers would get checks of several hundred dollars from the government in order to boost the economy. Eleven2 immediately began to brainstorm ways on how to give something back as well.
Eleven2 is offering lifetime hosting for $600. Based on the pricing of its "launchParty" plan, $600 would only go as far as roughly eight and a half years.
Established in 2004, Eleven2 Hosting was started by two web developers who, at the time, could not find high quality hosting solutions that met their requirements. Now hosting over 60,000 websites and with ten years of experience, Eleven2 offers shared hosting, reseller hosting, and customized dedicated server plans. Data centers include locations in Houston, TX and Atlanta, GA. The company continues to reinvent the customer experience with VIP, an automated support system developed in-house. Eleven2 Hosting also provides domain sales and database/FTP/email hosting for small to medium sized businesses.

As a provider of security services and equipment for government and private entities, the Tri-S focused report by WSGRt states that ''Tri-S has excellent organic growth opportunities coupled with the ability to make accretive acquisitions in the near future. Until recently, Tri-S has incurred operating losses; however these losses were a result of internal structuring critical to facilitating the Company's ability to compete for larger, more lucrative contracts and, therefore, should not be regarded as a deterrent for future investment. In fact, management estimates 2008 revenue will range from $140 million to $150 million, an increase of 57% to 68% of 2007 revenue.''
The Wall Street Global Research Report also noted, ''We are confident these objectives will be achieved, as evidenced by four recently announced, multi-million dollar contracts: $58 million with the State of Georgia over a five year period; $220 million with the US Social Security Administration over a ten year period; $29 million with the Department of Homeland security over 12 months and another $56 million with the Department of Homeland security in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia over a five year period. Together these contracts could account for as much as $57 million in revenue for 2008, as much as $360 million throughout their terms.''

Hostopia has launched the new Private label wholesale service, so that telecoms may tap into the high growth IP Fax market with a key patent license. Also known as ''IP fax'' in the communications services market, fax-to-email services allow a user to send or receive facsimile messages from their computer - typically within their preferred email application such as Microsoft Outlook.
The benefit to this is having the ability to send or receive fax messages without the expense and inconvenience of owning a physical fax machine and additional phone line.
Paul D. Engels, Chief Marketing Officer at Hostopia noted, ''Fax-to email is in high demand as a business service with annual growth of over 25% according to a prominent category study published by Davidson Consulting. Our wholesale customers such as telecoms and broadband companies are eager to offer these services to their SME customers.''
Hostopia's fax-to-email service is available to telecoms and other communications providers on a wholesale basis. It can be branded by the telecom and sold as a standalone service or as part of a bundle of services, such as web hosting and business email. It can be billed to end users directly by the telecom or sold on a referral model where Hostopia performs the billing and end-user support.
Mr. Engels added, ''Service providers who sell this service will enjoy the benefit of patent protection due to our license with j2 Global Communications, the leader in IP fax technology.''
j2 Global licenses its patents to leading companies worldwide. Jeffrey D. Adelman, Vice President and General Counsel of j2 Global noted, ''We are especially delighted to add Hostopia as a licensee because they have a demonstrated ability to successfully sell IP-based business solutions on a large scale basis to telecommunications and Internet service providers. This agreement is a great opportunity to expand the market for digital faxing services by delivering these patented solutions into the hands of a leading service provider.''
According to Hostopia - citing the Davidson Consulting report on IP fax services - demand for fax-to-email is driven largely by small enterprises that rely heavily on faxing in day-to-day business. This demand includes the need to be mobile while receiving important documents via email on a PDA or smart phone device, such as RIM's Blackberry. Hostopia's fax-to-email service has suggested retail prices for service providers starting at US$9.99 per month, which allows for 300 send or received pages. Hostopia's wholesale model is structured to provide at least 40% gross margin to the telecom service provider who retails the service.
Hostopia's managed email services are available to service providers such as telcos, ISPs and broadband providers on a private-labeled, wholesale basis. Service providers can offer Hostopia's email service to end users under their own brand including a customized look and feel in the end user interface. API’s available from Hostopia even allow service providers to fully integrate the email services into their own customer login environments such as web-based business portals or online authentication applications.
Hostopia is a provider of web services that enable small- and medium-sized businesses to establish and maintain an Internet presence. The company's customers are communication services providers, including telecommunication carriers, cable companies, Internet service providers, domain registrars, and web hosting service providers. Hostopia's customers purchase their web services on a wholesale basis and resell these services under their own brands to small- and medium-sized businesses. The company provides customers with the technology, infrastructure, and support services to enable them to offer web services, while saving them research and development as well as capital and operating costs typically associated with the design, development, and delivery of web services. Nexthaus, Hostopia's wireless mobility technology unit, is a global leader in data and device synchronization and has developed industry-recognized SyncML solutions that feature wireless interoperability between PC's, handheld devices and mobile phones.

The companies recognized as Service Leaders were selected not only for their ability to keep ahead of the rapid changes in the market, but also because they are the innovators instigating those changes. In addition to being honored with this distinction, the publication also cited InQuira as One to Watch in the web self-service category.
David Myron, Editorial Director, CRM magazine explained, ''This year's award recipients have substantially improved their clients' businesses by facilitating the information flow needed for companies to retain their most precious asset -- their customers. With its innovations in the contact center and online support, InQuira is positively influencing the customer service experience, which is why it is a deserving recipient of these awards.''
Customer service expectations among consumers are higher than ever, and their demands for quality service have reached a deafening roar. Companies finally understand that customer satisfaction is as important as revenue growth, and are therefore searching for tools that can help them maintain a competitive advantage by providing superior customer service. To determine the industry leaders, CRM magazine used a blend of weighted criteria comprising analyst ratings (of each company's reputations for customer satisfaction, depth of functionality/services, and company direction), corporate advances, and financial strength throughout the past year evidenced by revenue and revenue growth.
InQuira was cited as having depth not only in agent-directed knowledge management (KM), but also in Web self-service, content management and analytics. The combination of these disciplines addresses the entire lifecycle of the customer experience, and secured InQuira a place in the winner category.
Alan Hubbard, Senior Vice President, Aberdeen Group noted, ''They get it. InQuira has taken agent-assisted and web self-service and blended them well, understanding the differences between the two. They understand the marketplace.''
John Ragsdale, Vice President, Research, SSPA added, ''InQuira offers very sophisticated tools for not only finding the information you need, but also helping you create and maintain content, with tools like content-gap analysis at the concept level.''
Ian Jacobs, senior analyst with Frost and Sullivan, commented, ''While it's nice to have a well-structured knowledge base and solid tools and workflows to add, edit, and refine the knowledge in that database, enterprises will find significantly greater value when they can use tools to get at some form of understanding of customer intent," he says. "That is the direction in which InQuira is going.''
Cited as "One to Watch" in the web self-service category, Yankee Group director for enterprise research, Sheryl Kingstone, commented that the company gained market recognition with its strong self-service offering; a vision toward delivering the right information at the right time and a commitment to providing the best customer experience. The judges also noted InQuira's innovative approach to efficiently and effectively resolving consumer problems, in particular how language analysis capabilities improve problem resolution processes for self-help customers, and for agents in the contact center. The InQuira 8 Customer Experience platform analyzes each word and its relationship with other words to uncover a consumer's desired context, conditions and concepts.
Mike Murphy, CEO of InQuira commented, ''We are honored to be recognized by an industry leading publication for our leadership in both contact center search and web-self service. Companies must examine both the content that drives the customer experience and the tools available to access it in order to maintain customer mindshare and loyalty, and we are committed to helping them achieve that goal.''
Recently, InQuira sponsored a study from independent research firm ServiceXRG that examines the current state of online customer service. The study, entitled Influencing the Online Experience.
